Urban Rez Solutions and REAL School have a dedicated interest on creating sustainable opportunities for youth so that they may build on pro-social behaviours and embark on professional interest based learning. Urban Rez Solutions and REAL School are training community members in conflict management and other evidence-based youth engagement strategies to support them in navigating through some of life's challenges.

In an effort to minimize the potential risk of violence arising from conflict, Urban Rez Solutions, REAL School and other community partners have committed to undertake this vital work. Trainings consist of equipping community members with anger management & conflict resolution principles, fine-tuned accountable leadership skills, raised awareness and a number of other pro-social ethics. Incorporating conflict management and relative life-skills into our everyday lifestyles will ultimately contribute to a better quality of life and reduce the potential and incidents of violence in our communities.
